About Me!
Via Donato (She/Her), is currently attending the State University of New York at New Paltz in her second year. She is Dual majoring in Theater Arts (Design and Technology), and Visual Arts. Via is an experienced Theatrical Technician and Artist in Stage Management and Prop Design/Creation. She has many skills in varying artistic disciplines. Via is a passionate and driven individual, looking to gain experience and opportunities in all fields of her creative work.
Stage Management
Via Donato has most recently worked as a Production Assistant, on SUNY New Paltz's production of Legally Blonde: The Musical, April of 2026. Via has been the Production Stage Manager, at Valley Stream Central High School on their production of The Wiz, in November of 2024.
Props Design/Creation
Via has worked on the Props Crew for Artaud Artaud, The Courage to Right a Woman's Wrongs, and 7 Homeless Mammoths Wonder New England at SUNY New Paltz during fall semester of 2025. Via helped to create niche and necessary props and pieces that came to life on stage.
Art
Via is a passionate artist working with a wide range of creative mediums. Her practice includes drawing, painting, and mixed-media work. Alongside her usual art forms, Via has a love for 3-D design and sculpture. Beyond visual arts, Via enjoys crocheting and crafting in many forms.
